Return/Refund Conditions
1. Items returned must be unopened or in good condition with the original packing. If the item you received is defective/wrong,please provide the corresponding order number and pictures of the items received at，we will provide you with a satisfactory solution.
2. Before returning an item, you need to contact us and submit a request. We will then provide the return address via email.
3. Return shipping fee: The buyer is responsible for the return or exchange shipping fee, unless the product is damaged during transportation or wrong products, and the seller is responsible for the shipping fee. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. (Note: If the shipping fee is free, we also need to deduct the corresponding logistics fee when refunding.)
