Q: How long does engraving take?

A: Engraving can add 1 to 4 working days additional processing time.

A: Currently, ship to Europe,North America, Asia, and Oceania, Free shipping.

Q: What is the delivery time required?

A: We offer highly competitive air shipping services from Yanwen Logistics to destinations around the world. Usually it takes 8-16 days to arrive,specific time depends on country after handling time. 

Q: Which currency am I being charged when placing an order? What payment method is used?

A: All orders are settled in US dollars. Even if you choose another currency to browse our website, your order will be calculated in US dollars, and the exchange rate will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate.

At present, payment can only be made through PayPal, and there is no doubt about its security. In the future, credit card payment methods may be added.

Q: What are the return and exchange policies?

A: In general, refunds are not provided for customized parts due to non material quality issues, but we will strive to ensure your satisfaction. Specific details can be discussed with customer service.
If we make mistakes in carving or personalization, we will immediately replace the incorrect item.

But for all non customized products, if you are not completely satisfied within 14 days of delivery, simply return them to receive a full refund (excluding shipping costs). However, all products should be returned to their original state upon receipt. Products that have been modified or abused will not accept refunds.

Our policy lasts 14 days from the DATE of delivery.Specific details can be discussed with customer service.

For returns not due to product quality issues, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fee.

Q: Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?

A: There are no sales taxes or hidden charges. However, when products are delivered to your country from overseas, it is considered as importing. Some countries charge tax on certain imported products at certain quantity/value levels while some countries do not. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information.

If you have to pay any taxes on the products you receive, the most common way is that the taxes are first paid at customs by the courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) and then you simply pay back the courier using cash or your credit card, when they deliver the products to your door.
